My name is Ben Pearce and currently in my 5th year of completing my Masters of Chiropractic. I've worked as a personal trainer since I was 18 and was an owner of a local gym on the Gold Coast. Throughout my years of competing in Track & Field ,Surf Life Saving,Rugby Union I've formed an integral relationship with a rehabilitation routine to keep myself at my best. My sessions use a wide range of techniques such as active release therapy, muscle isolation exercises, motor control patterns and focused deep muscle stretching. These programs will be tailored to you and your goals.
